Must Do

Climbing the terraces was a peaceful, reflective experience. Towering temples and epic Hindu tales carved into stone, so much history and beautiful carvings. Definitely a must-do in Yogyakarta if you're into culture. Heads-up: Dress modestly, wear comfy shoes, and bring water. It gets hot.

A Journey Through Time and Wonder

Walking through the ancient stone carvings of Borobudur at sunrise felt magical. The views from the top were unforgettable. Later, exploring the majestic Prambanan temple complex gave me a real appreciation for Indonesia’s rich history and architecture.
