Full-Day Hiking Trip with Tradutional Lunch
Start your day with an early pick-up from your accommodation in Marrakech and begin a scenic drive towards the High Atlas Mountains. Your first stop will be in the charming town of Tahnaout, where you’ll enjoy a traditional Moroccan breakfast at a women’s argan oil cooperative. Here, you’ll witness how local Berber women skillfully produce the famous argan oil and its natural products, offering you a taste of authentic Moroccan craftsmanship.
Continue your journey through the beautiful Moulay Brahim Gorges, making a quick stop for photos near the luxurious Richard Branson’s Kasbah Tamadot. From there, you’ll head to the picturesque village of Imlil, nestled at the foot of Mount Toubkal—the highest peak in North Africa. Upon arrival, set off on a guided hike through the surrounding Berber villages, enjoying panoramic views of terraced fields, walnut groves, and snow-capped peaks (in winter months). After your hike, you’ll be welcomed into a local family house to savor a delicious homemade lunch with stunning views over the valley.
In the afternoon, begin your return journey to Marrakech. On the way back, enjoy a relaxing camel ride with traditional attire in a scenic setting before being dropped off at your accommodation by early evening—ending your memorable day in the Atlas Mountains.
