Embark on an unforgettable 3-day, 2-night adventure designed for those seeking a deep connection with nature and a hands-on experience in the Amazon rainforest.
Your journey begins with a speedboat ride to the iconic Meeting of the Waters, followed by a transfer by car and boat to the Main Base, where you’ll camp overnight in hammocks, just like the locals.
This tour is perfect for nature enthusiasts eager to immerse themselves in the heart of the jungle, discover its incredible biodiversity, and learn traditional survival techniques from experienced local guides
Day 1 begins with a transfer from your hotel to the Ceasa port at 8:00 am. We’ll then take a speedboat to the meeting of the waters, where the Negro and Solimões Rivers converge. From there, we’ll travel to Careiro da Várzea by car, then to the River Paraná do Mamori by speedboat, arriving at our main base around 11:30 am for lunch. At 2:30 pm, we’ll set out on our motorized boat to the camping area, set up camp, and sleep in hammocks overnight. We’ll enjoy dinner around the fireside.
Day 2 is an early start, with a canoe trip at 5:30 am to witness the sunrise and experience the jungle coming to life. After breakfast at 7:00 am, we’ll embark on a jungle walk from 8:00 am to 11:30 am, where our knowledgeable guide will teach us about the Amazon’s medicinal plants, spiders, trees, and even spot some monkeys. In the afternoon, we’ll head out to the open waters for the sport to look out for some river dolphins and try our hand at piranha fishing, just like the locals. After dinner, we’ll leave by boat to do some Caiman spotting, where you’ll get a chance to learn about the prehistoric animals of the Amazon River.
Day 3 is another exciting day. We’ll start with a hike in the jungle from 8:00 am to 11:00 am, exploring the Amazon and learning survival techniques like identifying edible fruits, plants, and other creatures. After packing up camp, we’ll head back to our base camp for lunch, and you’ll even have the opportunity to swim in the river before departing at 2:00 pm and arriving back in Manaus at around 4:30 pm.
